Please follow these instructions prior to shipping us any of your parts for repair or your old return cores:

1: Call ahead of time so we may discuss your needs and develop a plan to make you engine purr.

2: Verify that the sales person you spoke with gave you an order ID number to put on your shipping box.  If you do not have an order ID number please call us and we will give you one.

3:  Clean all parts to be sent.  Drain fuel pump and injectors and clean externally.  UPS, USPS etc. will send the items back to you if there are any signs of leakage or odors.

4:  Wrap the parts in plastic and use a good quality packaging material to protect your items.  A good rule of thumb is, if you can shake the package and the parts thump around inside the box, it's not packaged properly.

5:  Place the order ID number on the outside of the box and put a note in the inside with your contact information.

6:  Insure the product for it's proper value.  If there is a question on what that value should be please call us for the information.

7:  Make sure that, if you are returning cores, you put the core tags that we sent you with the new product along with the old cores.

Please note:  Diesel Injection will not be responsible for any items shipped to us without following the above procedure.
